For St. Augustina, a cyber-spy for hire by anyone with the credits to pay, her life has been a series of endless nights in the heart of the Data Bowl, the cybernetic city of corporate markets and sub-markets.
Why would one typical job from the mysterious Orange Lady be any different?
Book 2: Constable
St. Augustina’s tenure as the new constable of the Magic Guild Guard is not going well. The office staff quit in protest on her first day, no one will work with her, and now she has a vampire murder to solve, a crime outside of her jurisdiction.

It’s going to take a lot of work to prove to the community she is the right person for the job. They may not want her, but she needs them, especially if she is going to solve a murder.
As the clues emerge, they indicate a larger crime may be in play. The only person willing to help her may be implicated in the murder she is trying to solve. If she doesn’t get to the bottom of the mystery soon, everyone in the Magic Guild may be in danger.
